Leadership–
Prior to joining Naik Group in 2015, Ms. Maguire worked with several multidisciplinary engineering firms. Each one provided her with an opportunity to cultivate relationships across all sectors of the industry; she eventually became an Envision Sustainability Professional. More recently, she obtained her Master’s degree in Business Administration in Finance and Statistics from Baruch College where she also worked as an adjunct Statistics Professor. She is licensed in the state of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and California.
As Naik’s New York Director of Operations, Ms. Maguire remains focused on managing a wide variety of clients, projects, and people so that they may work in a collaborative and inclusive environment. With a focus on highways, drainage, utilities, traffic, and facilities, her on-site construction acumen and detailed design work fuse together to accommodate efficient engineering principles to produce buildable designs.
From small parks to large facilities, Ms. Maguire is adept at managing on-site field crews for virtually every type of initiative. Whether it’s inspecting both private and public drainage systems or overseeing construction shop drawings, she has undeniable expertise when it comes to coordinating with public utility agencies, as well as a knack for reducing submission delays by initiating the utility approval process and timelines well in advance.
Ms. Maguire enjoys spending her free time raising her family in Chappaqua, New York with the hopes of building a self-sufficient farm on their property. She’s also an avid swimmer and enjoys bicycling outdoors when the weather and time permits.
