Project Overview

As the Program and Construction Manager overseeing the Midtown area projects, which encompass the 42nd Street Transit Connection stretching from Times Square to Grand Central Terminal (GCT), our responsibilities extend to the supervision of all present and future projects conducted by New York City Transit (NYCT), Metro North Railroad (MNR), Long Island Railroad (LIRR), as well as private developers.

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) has defined clear objectives for this initiative, including: coordinating customer communications with a unified voice; streamlining individual project schedules and budgets through innovative project packaging and contract methodologies; establishing consistent safety and quality standards; and minimizing inconvenience to MTA Customers during construction activities.

Our collaborative efforts are closely aligned with personnel from MTA C&D, NYCT, MNR, and LIRR at their respective headquarters. Our goal is to optimize and consolidate construction activities, synchronize project schedules, and mitigate disruptions to customers.
