Project Overview

This $200 million project aims to achieve full accessibility at the 14th Street Station Complex, in compliance with the ‘Americans with Disabilities Act’ and addressing the ‘State of Good Repair’ requirements. The station complex comprises three stations: 6th Avenue Canarsie, 14th Street/6th Avenue, and 14th Street Broadway/7th Avenue.

As the primary Project Management Consultant, our role encompasses comprehensive project management services, ensuring the timely and cost-effective completion of the project.

Our responsibilities encompass: supervising safety and quality standards; Conducting on-site inspections; Overseeing special materials inspections and testing; Coordinating project planning and logistics; Managing equipment testing and commissioning; Providing document management services; Coordinating with The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) – New York City Transit (NYCT) Services; Facilitating stakeholder coordination; Managing change orders; Producing project reports and presentations; Conducting schedule reviews; Reviewing and providing feedback on Design-Build submittals; and Leading project value engineering and constructability reviews.
