Proposal Manager

Naik Group is currently seeking a Proposal Manager for our Edison, NJ office. This position requires managing the proposal effort while partnering with marketing, admin and technical staff. The candidate must have experience in the transportation engineering industry, technical writing skills and have the ability to work independently on multiple concurrent assignments within tight schedules in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

ü  Lead proposal effort from opportunity to “win”

ü  Manage the compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing information, forms, charts and graphs, images and pictures.

ü  Coordinate the proposal team (marketing staff and technical staff)

ü  Develop presentations

ü  Maintain quality control and standardization

ü  Accomplishing marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Skills and Experience

ü  10 + years of experience in Transportation Marketing

ü  Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

ü  Technical Writing Experience

ü  Excellent communications skills; Oral, Writing and Typing (computer) skills

ü  Excellent editorial and organization skills

ü  Detail oriented

ü  Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe System software including Creative Cloud, PDF and Photoshop, Illustrator and In-Design software packages

ü  Excellent communications, interpersonal and time management skills

ü  Team player

ü  Self motivated
